A better understanding of the evolution and spread of antibiotic resistance in human pathogens mostly by investigating the dynamic and evolution of the interaction between resistant and non resistant bacteria from the human microbiome

Develop and implement personalised treatments for patients with cardio metabolism diseases (CMDs) by studying the impact of changes in the gut microbiota on the onset and progression of CMDs and their associated conditions
