MGP proposes performant and high-throughput technologies to analyse complex microbiome diversity and interactions between gut bacteria and human cells. Our primary purpose is to explore the link between microbiome, nutrition and health. With our 3 innovative platforms, we offer end-to-end microbiome analysis services, including customized recommendation on sample collection, samples biobanking, DNA extraction, library preparation, shotgun sequencing, quantitative and functional metagenomics, bioinformatics, statistical analysis and data interpretation.

The research Group of Epistemology and Ethics of Sciences and Technologies (GEEST) of the Catholic University of Lyon UCLy (Lyon Catholic University) offers an ethical guidance all along our project activities, a support for publication and communication activities and a process of co-construction of new interdisciplinary pathways. UCLy is particularly interested through MGP to work in situ with researchers and industrials, who will bring their direct technical experience. 

Collaboration with industrial actors is the key factor for MGP as the driving force for the translation of our discoveries, into health-related products and services, to identify and fully address leads towards future industrial applications, to help design and conduct scientific projects towards applications.
